Making the move from hospital to home? Our local community nurse teams are on hand to support the care you’ll get from your hospital stoma nurses and healthcare professionals. They’ll visit you at home to make sure you get all the pro tips, support, and TLC you need as you adapt to, and master, your new stoma care routine.

Going travelling?

Our travel brochure gives you all the pro tips and stoma care advice you need to know while you’re away from home. You can also get your hands on a travel certificate which is translated into several languages, to help you get through security, minus the stress.

Get travel support

Respond provide the Language Line translation service; an interpretation telephone service for customers and nurses who whish to converse in their chosen language. Available in over 200 languages, the Language Line service offers quick and easy telephone interpretation, ensuring that the translated message conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible, which is reassuring for both nurse and customer.

Upon request by the clinician or patient to use the language line service the call is immediately connected, and the translator joins the call within seconds. This is a confidential service provided free of charge by Respond Healthcare.
