Why I chose Respond
When I had my stoma surgery in 2016, I was registered with the local delivery company – I switched from them within the year to another one, and again I was forced to switch as I felt my best interests were not being looked after and I was having issues with every order.
I changed to Respond in 2018 and I have not looked back.
Why Respond?
Having used previous delivery companies I have always felt that there was a pushing of alternative products that I had no inclination of trying.
Respond have always been so adept and their customer services has always gone above and beyond. From call backs due to an issue with a prescription or arranging next day delivery when I had run out of supplies.
I love the fact that they ask you how many dry wipes you require per box of stoma bags, I always get 8 packs, I always order the same thing every 5 weeks, 4 boxes of bags (10 per box), 40 barrier rings, 2 adhesive removers and 2 barrier sprays.
I love that if I am running low on wipes or sprays that I can ring up and just order those without having to place a full order.
I love the DPD service, I get a text the day before notifying me of a delivery time and I have never missed a delivery.
They have also gone above and beyond in getting my GP to allow certain prescription items that I had been refused before by explaining the need and pushing the request through.
