Hey! I just wanted to let you all know about my recent experience of moving to Respond for the delivery of my stoma supplies… 

Why choose Respond

First things first, my most important thing with deliveries is knowing when they are going to turn up, especially with stoma supplies as you really need to know when your items will be with you. I used to find this really stressful; being given an estimated date and then having to chase the order and so on. However, Respond offer such great flexibility and agree a delivery date when placing an order plus there is an option to reschedule if that day isn’t suitable which with a busy life this is exactly what I needed! Whilst on the delivery topic, it’s really good to know that all the packaging is totally unbranded and really discreet so if your neighbour does spot your parcel arriving they won’t know where it’s from at all… 

My experience

For me personally the service provided by the team at Respond is really outstanding, nothing is too much trouble! They are specially trained so they understand fully and you don’t have to feel like you are explaining everything over and over. I dread making ‘medical’ phone calls because I find it draining talking about my situation and explaining from the start each time, but Respond have made my phone calls for ordering my supplies a really happy positive one. 

I was thinking about moving supplier for good few months but I put it off purely because I thought it would cause me a lot of ‘home admin’ but I literally didn’t have to do anything. Respond took care of it all for me and I’m really glad I made the move!
